THE NONSENSE.
Nothing makes sense.
…You’ll forgive me for starting this raw today.
Let’s warm this up so it becomes something pleasant to the palate.
cajum… starting again…
THE NON-SENSE.
Some call this process “The dark night of the soul.” Others call it trauma, complex.
At some point, we have all gone through that feeling of emptiness, at different levels. That kind of suction toward the center of nothingness… but there are different stages to go through it.
Not everyone lives all of them in one lifetime, and they don’t have to be in the exact order I present them. They all have their nuances, but to give some sense to this alphabet soup, let’s go like this.
After the nonsense part, we’ll get to the meat of the matter. Will you join me?
THE FIRST NONSENSE.
It arrives when I realize that life as I know it, as I’ve been told, as I’ve lived it… is actually about putting my dreams aside to live something that truly doesn’t make sense…
This thing of living to work certain hours, for certain vacations, to keep the family together, to fulfill what society tells me… there comes a point where it exhausts you and you say: Why am I doing all of this?
And we enter the first crisis.
So we begin to search for a new meaning, a new, different life objective. To fulfill our dreams, to live what we were forbidding ourselves to live.
That’s when I begin to discover either that I can fulfill those dreams, or that I am peace (many times depending on age), from living a different reality in the world.
THE SECOND.
But there comes a moment when, when I manage to live my dreams and reach the limit of that expression in the world, suddenly the question arises again: But what for? And everything loses meaning again.
Here, even life and reality lose meaning, “not even my dreams make sense anymore.”
And we begin to search within: “An inner meaning.”
And I realize that what gives meaning to what is outside is what is inside, and if what is outside has no meaning, it means what is inside has not yet found meaning. And I begin to search for it through spirituality, philosophy, science, art, meditation…
THE THIRD.
Suddenly I realize that when I find that meaning, everything else also makes sense and I say, “aaah this was it: I give meaning to things.”
And then I ask… and who am I to give meaning to things?
This is where I lose my identity and everything I had built from what I had been until now.
I begin trying to search for my different Selves.
Then… I find my multidimensionality, my past lives, my geometries… I realize that everything that exists is multidimensional and that there are many more beings there and many more realities that constitute everything.
And suddenly I begin to find meaning in everything and I say “Woooow…”
THE FOURTH.
I begin to be amazed by all the combinations, the meaning things have beyond life.
And at some point, I discover that everything that gave meaning to my life is just a projection.
A projection of a single mind… Which is Me.
And then you begin to realize that “aaah I Am the creator.”
THE FIFTH.
And I give it a new meaning: That I create all things.
And suddenly… in your attempts to create, one day you realize that…
It is not really me who gives meaning to things.
But rather it is that CONCEPT of “I am.” Because I do not exist.
It is not my mind that believes in things, that creates things, because I am also a projection created from a concept.
And then you lose the meaning of everything.
You realize that the only thing that existed was a concept.
The single concept.
THE SIXTH NONSENSE.
And that from there all things arise.
And then, when I try to find the meaning of unity, when I reach the meaning of what unity means…
I encounter the void.
And everything loses its meaning.
And suddenly I see myself floating in the middle of nothing, knowing that I have no choice but to give meaning to the void…
And the almost obligatory question arises: What the fucking meaning of the void?
(shall we breathe?)
You realize it is: The capacity to create meaning.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
That we spend our whole life trying to find meaning in things and the moment we think we found it, something new appears that shows us that it actually has no meaning.
So the obvious question would be: What is the meaning of all this then?
hahaha.
(silence)
I’m sorry.
(short silence)
Aha.
(longer silence)
This is probably one of the hardest things a mind can process.
(expression of disappointment enters)
And the reason why there is no real meaning to things is because, precisely, “meaning” comes from the concept of the five senses. And it has to do with them trying to locate themselves in a concrete space and time.
THE 5 SENSES.
They arise from a need to understand the world around us. That is, the mind generates a nervous system capable of perceiving the electrical pulses of the world through networks of the nervous system.
After millions of years of evolution, what they do is try to place us in a kind of map of what the environment we move in is like. Thus, touch, taste, sight, smell, hearing translate the information that exists in the environment into data so the brain can understand.
And with that, a kind of mental labyrinth is built that creates the compass where our consciousness can move, understanding where it exists in time and space.
That entire map of the mind is what we call: MEANING.
It is the product of a perception of the world that maps reality to know where I am moving and to understand the structure of reality as clearly as possible.
ONE WAY.
And one way to find the purest meaning of things is to work on refining the five.
This is done from childhood. That’s why it is important that children first learn the intelligence of their senses and how to use them before learning anything else.
The more we refine them, the better we can perceive the senses of the fourth dimension, the fifth, the seventh… and we expand our capacity to feel, not only with these five.
The more senses we begin to obtain, the better we can map the universe.
Because we cannot map all of reality and the understanding of the universe only from the five.
That is why every time we manage to map something, suddenly our consciousness realizes it already knows how to navigate it and can move to another dimension of consciousness. Where it will lose meaning.
Because I am moving to a level that my five senses still do not know.
(suspense music enters)
I think I just made a cosmic spoiler.
HUMOR.
Humor is one of the best tools that exist to hold onto something in the void.
Laughing is a harmonious way to balance the physical, emotional, and mental body.
It is, therefore, the key to moving through the nonsense.
Humor comes from the word Human. In turn, human comes from the word “humid, humus,” which means wet earth (from here comes the idea of man coming from clay).
And it was used to describe the darkest liquids of the body’s distillation process.
This is one of the best tools to move through nonsense and trauma.
Because humor helps adapt coherently to contexts without betraying, let’s say, the essence.
The reason for the word humor as we know it today is that the Greeks and Romans understood that, since we had been built from mud and clay (because we used it in ancient civilizations to protect ourselves from the environment and hide from predators), they believed that inside us what gave us life were 4 wetlands, or four moist lands.
These are: blood, black bile, yellow bile, and phlegm.
At that time they related it to the soul, Psyché. The origin of psychology.
Much later a Roman physician said: “There is a fifth wetland that is related to the liquid of the lungs, and since we breathe with them, it is therefore related to spirit—spirare, spirit or mind.”
This concept of soul and spirit merges and this fifth essence, this fifth humid point, is called: the humor of the soul. That is, the humor that constitutes the water of the soul, the emotional level.
From there, humor came to be called the mood of a person.
That’s how the word comes to us: state of mind.
It is important to first understand this origin because it is key to moving through nonsense. Because in those waters, within the body, is where the information of humor lies—that is, the state of the soul.
NOW YES.
It was important to understand that basically to understand how our biology uses humor to live. Because humor is the internal waters that allow life.
We have four humors of the physical body and one humor of the energetic body, the soul.
When people began to analyze biology, what they understood was the relationship between the liquids of our body linked to emotions in it.
If you constantly feel sad, exhausted, depressed, you probably also go through stomach issues.
THE SUBCONSCIOUS.
The physical body is governed by the subconscious.
This means that all the things we register day to day, we do not think about them.
Practically 70% of all information is neither conscious nor unconscious, it is part of the subconscious. And the subconscious is related to Scorpio, to that deep ocean, to the deep waters that create me, one of the energetic tendencies of the darkest humor.
Therefore, everything I assimilate through my biological history will pass into my physical body through the subconscious. My 4 waters will record the information and will do whatever is necessary to survive as long as possible. This often implies not spending energy. That is, trying that if there is a conflict outside, not to resolve it.
The body says: “I am not going to spend any energy on something that does not deserve it, because I have to survive.”
The soul says: “No, if there is a conflict I must go, see it, resolve it, learn from it.”
But there are 4 dedicated to survival against 1 dedicated to transcendence…
What the subconscious would do is: “No, I don’t know, I stay here until it is absolutely necessary.”
On the other hand, the brain was created to solve problems. So, the mind says: “But I need to solve something.”
From this place, the brain uses the mind to create parallel problems and parallel solutions. That is, it creates fictitious conflicts to entertain itself. It seeks to create solutions to problems that do not exist.
This is the key to being human.
The key to creativity… the beginning of cultures, religions, scientific discoveries, art. It is what makes us unique as living beings, differentiating us from animals and other beings. To invent and create problems that do not exist. That is why we are intelligent beings. And one of the great attributes of intelligence is humor.
Creating something that is funny about a situation that causes anger, melancholy, sadness to the emotion and the body makes the mind say: “I solved it.”
That is the reason why dark humor is one of the most shared today in humanity. It is choleric humor, the one that appears in situations that provoke rage.
And these humors are a tool for survival. Like poison.
They are what we must learn to turn into medicine. How?
By first learning to laugh at oneself, at life. To play.
That is where humors begin to connect with the humor of the soul.
There it finds center and stops being survival to become expansion.
Like a cosmic orgasm.
SHIT.
“Shit” is a word we use a lot in theater.
The movement of shit, physically speaking, can move our emotions, our inner world.
People in history began to relate emotions with their own humor and eventually the same word became a synonym of comedy. Whether we are in a good mood or bad mood and so on.
In Mexico it is said that humor moves through 9 meters of the initiatory path, which is in the intestines.
We begin that journey when we eat. When food enters through the first portal of expression, the mouth.
(how are we doing… tea, coffee, wine, water? Me too… I’m back. haha)
Then we go through the whole process of separating what we think we are until reaching the essence. From there, the essence of everything is absorbed when we recognize different powers we have within us. And when we recognize what is not ours, it goes out of the path, to be used by others.
The energy that is not ours belongs or is needed by others. It basically becomes shit. And that shit becomes fertilizer for plants and other things.
So the whole process of the 9 stages of digestion is the description of us moving through the process of who we are in life.
It reflects how we live that path. It signals if we need to raise the vibration through the correct humor. Laughter, love, tenderness… thus new things are easier to absorb.
Most things are easier to accept or digest when they pass through humor.
That is why we find that the spiritual level says: “Don’t take life too seriously, enjoy, laugh, do crazy things.”
Because that is where we move through nonsense by accessing the codes behind the essence.
PHILOSOPHY
Remember we talked about the philosopher’s stone?
Feeling (philē), thought (sophē), and the stone… That is why it is said the stone is 9 meters from humor (the intestine).
To activate the philosopher’s stone, we need to recalibrate our humor, cleanse our intestines, our stomach, our blood, to change the chemistry of our body.
When we change the chemistry and raise the vibration of our emotions, we are using humor to create the philosopher’s stone…
or kidney stones hahaha.
That depends on how much we are trying to retain in the process of transcendence.
Between us, in my life I allow myself to die many times. That’s why I go to the bathroom a lot.
(excuse me, haha)
INDIA
The intestines of the world.
Basically it is the place in the world that says: As long as we do not go into our own shit and discover the essence, we will fragment in every possible way.
You have 9 meters of destruction until you find your essence… or become shit. =)
The path of digestion is the natural process of deconstructing ourselves.
When we enter deep depression it’s like we feel like shit.
Because when we recognize the path we are taking in life, many of us are afraid of that transformation, because it means living the aspects of ourselves behind it and we do not want to feel the stuck shit (also be careful with diarrhea).
So what happens? We retain our pattern: I try to hold onto the beliefs that say “this is who I am,” I try to take everything for myself “I need this and that”… that is what becomes stone in the intestine. It can also become colon cancer, for example.
It is constipation in life: getting stuck, not breathing well. Not letting go of who you think you are, what you think you have to do, what you have built as your own purpose.
Life is basically the process of digestion of the spirit.
That’s why we are a sh…
Not true hahaha enough!
This is why I love talking about life with humor, that I became a comedy actress, to show that we need to transform that aspect in order to become the philosopher’s stone.
It is so important in the process of nonsense…
And recognizing that shit we go through is not saying “I am shit,”
it is saying: “Right now I have something that others need to flourish.”
But if I am holding it inside… well, that’s when the path becomes a piece of shit, basically.
For the universe, our search for meaning is a bunch of atoms going bssss, bsss… puff.
And this is the story of why humor is the key.
(¡what a health! ... and Cheers.)
Laugh, humans!
